The challenge
Manufacturing and industrial operations often depend on manual observation and disconnected systems to monitor workplace safety, worker activity, and production flow. Safety incidents, PPE exceptions, and equipment issues may be identified late, reducing the time available for review and corrective action. Production counting and maintenance planning can lack a consistent, data-informed view across camera and operational sources. Teams need a more integrated and accessible way to connect camera-based safety monitoring with operational events, alerts, and trend reporting.
Core capabilities
Camera-based safety and activity monitoring
The suite includes modules that analyse video from production-area cameras to support safety and activity review. PPE Detection detects visible protective equipment and potential compliance exceptions for human review. Worker Behaviour Analysis analyses observable worker activities and configured safety-related patterns in industrial video. Fire Detection flags visual indicators associated with fire or smoke incidents for prompt human review. Fall Detection identifies suspected fall events in monitored areas and raises configured alerts.
Production and equipment intelligence
Conveyor Belt Product Count counts products passing through a monitored conveyor region for production monitoring. Machine Predictive Maintenance analyses available machine or operational measurements to support early warning of maintenance needs. These modules are intended to help teams connect production flow and equipment condition with operational decision-making.
Operational dashboards and exception notifications
The suite provides a consistent way to connect operational events with alerts, trend reports, and process-performance information. Safety event review and exception notifications are designed to route flagged events to the appropriate personnel. Operational dashboards and inspection evidence support review and follow-up. Configurable rules and workflows allow the modules to be adapted for different industrial use cases.
How it works
The workflow begins with production-area cameras and operational data sources capturing activity on the factory floor. Module-specific analysis then evaluates the incoming video and data against configured rules. When a potential safety event, PPE exception, fall, fire indicator, or equipment anomaly is detected, the suite can generate an alert or exception notification. Reviewers examine the event using dashboards and inspection evidence, and can initiate follow-up actions. Production counting and equipment trend data feed into operational reports and maintenance planning. The workflow is built to be configurable, so the exact sequence and escalation paths depend on site requirements.
